Loto-Québec Awards Jurisdictional License to Tangiamo

This week, Tangiamo Touch Technology AB revealed that it has been given the final jurisdictional certification for Loto-Québec. This marks an important milestone for Tangiamo, allowing it to install its MultiPLAY Roulette gaming tables at Montreal Casino, which is the largest casino in the country, as well as other gaming venues in Quebec.

Tangiamo is a leading brand when it comes to creating and delivering electronic table games and visual identification software to the gambling industry. Its gaming technology solutions are popular for driving revenue growth for its partner and sparking excitement and entertainment for its players. They are now expanding into the La Belle Province in Canada.

Entering Quebec’s Sector

CEO of the gaming provider, Chris Steele, commented that the recently acquired certification is more than just a procedural achievement, as it is a portal to new opportunities. He added that via the license, the company is well-positioned to replicate its success in other regulated markets, and will now pursue increased sales and new partnership deals.

The provider will showcase its innovative gaming solutions to the local industry via the installation with the Crown corporation. It will also be a testament to the product’s quality, reliability, and appeal in a highly regulated and competitive market. It will also serve as a crucial reference point for potential clients and partners, demonstrating its value in real-world settings.

Through the certification, the gaming supplier will enhance its credibility and reputation in the industry, and it will open doors to new markets and possibilities. But it also cements the firm’s commitment to meeting stringent regulatory standards, ensuring that its products consistently provide excellence and reliability in the regions it operates.

The new permit also corresponds to its market growth plans and the milestone will be leveraged to explore new territories and launch cutting-edge gaming solutions to new crowds. The company will recognize the remaining revenue from the order, and proceeds will be put into its cash position, laying the foundation for more strategic moves in 2024.

Prominent iGaming Expansion

In addition to expanding its land-based services, Loto-Québec is also putting significant effort into bolstering its online gambling activities. This is done by partnerships such as the collaboration with ODDSworks, through which the latter agreed to deliver its BETguard™ RGS platform and its exclusive and third-party games to the Crown agency.

Previously, the gambling regulator in Quebec has also partnered with Inspired Entertainment. In the summer of 2022, the two parties announced the launch of the first iLottery title with the Crown. The supplier’s Pharaon Réaction™ was made available to play for locals on Loto-Québec’s online gaming portal and its mobile app. The game was specifically designed to match local appeal.
